Deposits Pricing and Insights Analyst SrThe Deposits Pricing and Insights Analyst Sr will be a member of the centralized analytics function at the bank and support the deposit pricing, flows analytics and customer insights initiatives of the bank. This role will be responsible for understanding and analyzing how deposit pricing decisions impact customer behavior. The role will partner with Product, Marketing, Operations and other areas of the deposits organization to provide analytics & insights for decision making to drive deposit growth in a cost-effective manner. This role will be responsible for maintaining as well as developing automated reporting and dashboards to be leveraged for key insights.Key Responsibilities and Duties
Identifies and develops reporting needs to drive a deeper understanding on customer elasticity, pricing decisions and customer reaction functions.
Prepares materials for weekly and monthly meetings that will be presented across all levels of leadership (including board materials) as it pertains to deposits and deposit performance.
Partners with Data Analytics and Data Science members to identify key components and customer profiles that impact retention/volume to provide key inputs into model development.
Collaborates with marketing, product and operations to provide value add and actionable strategies.
Partners with deposit business, operations and marketing to identify gaps and needs that can be solved through automation and advanced analytics capabilities.
Monitors and reports on CD rollover performance, deposit retention, acquisition and other key flows.
