Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Help Desk Analyst I in Jacksonville, Florida. This role is crucial in our IT department, where you will be mainly focusing on PC deployments, imaging, software installation, and managing a backlog of tickets. Handling onboarding and PC deployments, ensuring a smooth transition for new employees. Playing a crucial role in refreshing PCs that need updates and maintenance. Conducting software installation through Intune, making the transition seamless for all users. Managing a backlog of tickets related to exits and retrieval of assets. Communicating with users effectively to guide them through the process of returning assets. Utilizing your knowledge of Cisco and Citrix Technologies to solve any related issues. Leveraging your skills with Mac Computers, Microsoft, and Active Directory for efficient task completion. Utilizing your experience with Apple Devices and Computer Hardware for troubleshooting and maintenance.
