Description We are inviting applications for the role of Leave of Absence Specialist in the retail industry. The position is located in Jacksonville, Florida and offers a long-term contract employment opportunity in a hybrid office setup. As a Leave of Absence Specialist, you will be expected to manage seasonal increase in LOA requests, working closely with employees and ensuring accurate calculations in alignment with different work circumstances.Responsibilities: Manage and address seasonal increase in leave of absence requests efficiently and effectively Engage in detailed and accurate calculations to accommodate various work circumstances Maintain effective communication with employees to address inquiries and provide resolution Ensure accurate record-keeping and data management in systems such as ADP - Financial Services, ADP Workforce Now, and ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode Adhere to compliance requirements and regulations related to leave of absence Utilize CRM tools for efficient customer relationship management and tracking of requests Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and adherence to standards Manage benefit functions related to leave of absence Utilize skills in Ceridian and About Time to optimize work processes Ensure attention to detail in all tasks and responsibilities. Requirements A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the retail industry Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now Knowledge and understanding of ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode Familiarity with Ceridian software Proficiency in CRM systems Experience with 'About Time' software Strong auditing skills Understanding of Benefit Functions within a retail context Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Proven track record in compliance with company policies and legal regulations Experience in managing leave of absence procedures and policies.
