job descriptionLoan Documentation SpecialistOur Client, a large bank, located in Jacksonville, FL has an immediate need for a Loan Documentation Specialist. This role will pay $16.95 an hour and has a potential to go perm.Responsibilities:Processing loan documents and working on projects. Answer loan document phone calls from Branch Offices.Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMSkills:The Specialist will be responsible for new account openings, working with Branch offices to determine possible loan structures, eligible collateral types, documentation requirements, and process flow for new LMA accounts. Additionally, the specialist will be responsible for reviewing all LMA loan applicants and supplemental documents for retail and commercial applicants. The specialist must ensure each applicant meets internal compliance and external regulatory requirements.Education:BachelorsExperience:ExperiencedQualifications:Requirements:
4 yr College degree (pref finance/accounting)
Able to work in a fast paced/high volume environment
Detail oriented and demonstrates accuracy on all tasks - very important!
MS Office - basic excel and word
Customer Service exp
