My client is seeking an experienced full time Maintenance Lead for immediate direct hire. Hourly Wage is based off experience. Full benefits, including health insurance and 401k, are offered. Minimum of 3 years experience in a Maintenance team. Preferably as a 1sy Class Mechanic or Multi-Trade Technician. Manufacturing or process related experience.salary: $55,000 - $80,000 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 4 PMeducation: High SchoolResponsibilitiesEnsures the maintenance strategy for the plant aligns with the business goalsby identifying, planning, and prioritizing work, developing, and supportingplans for improvement, identifying, and preparing capital project proposals. Effectively develops, scopes, and executes projects to drive safety, reliability,and productivity. Effectively manage all capital projects/installations and delivers results in atimely and cost-effective manner. Helps to maintain budget (labor, contractor, repair & replacement) andinventory of spare parts in a fiscally responsible manner. Lead and manage the daily activities of the Maintenance Technicians (i.e.daily scheduling, reviewing job completion, performance, policy compliance,etc.). Lead and support the Maintenance Technicians from onboarding through jobcertification, including assisting with performance reviews, scheduling trainingcourses, and providing coaching and work experiences to build their skills. Execute maintenance activities by coordinating with the Operations team toplan and identify priority work, schedule resources, and work within thebudget guidelines. Active participant in the daily huddles, and plant planning meetings. Reviews the daily RWP (Reliability Work Process) process to prioritize theoperations and maintenance tasks and achieve sustained facility reliability. Off-shift resource for complex troubleshooting of production systems.The essential functions of this role include:

working up to 10 hrs of overtime per week
