RESPONSIBILITIES
Analyze complex data sets and integrate all technology tools in order to createInsights presentations for principals represented by Acosta across thebusiness.
Use Data Analytictools & reports to conduct a needs analysis, determineproject scope and specifications. Identify solutions and make recommendationsto the Client/Customer. Be recognized as a subject matter expert in the RetailStrategy in the CPGIndustry.
Integrate syndicated data demographics information into all reviews and/orpresentations where applicable. Utilize and understand IRI, Spectra andACNielsen syndicated scanning data and systems
Identify opportunities to develop or participate in the development of newreport templates, tools and data sources for internal and external clients.
Identify and create documentation/best practices/communication tools to beutilized in the successful execution and management of data.
QUALIFICATIONSEducation Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree
Work Experience:
3 – 5 years of related work experience
3 – 5 years of supervisory/management experience
Must have prior work experience in data analysis and systems and demonstrateafundamental knowledge of the technology involved to operate and maintain thesesystems.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Requirements:
Must have a high degreeof proficiency in Windows and related softwareapplications including, but not limited to Excel, Word, PowerPoint, IRI,ACNielsen, Power BI.
Must be able to effectively communicate with others.
Must possess drive to gain new skills and develop existing skills furtherthrough guided trainings and self-development tools.
Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Must be able to effectively utilize all tools required for the positionincluding, but not limited to calculator, computer, printer, phone, tablet,software.
