Focused efforts in this space will be designed to promote and test innovative ideas, new models of care, and technological devices/medical products to improve the patient care experience and hospital capacity management.This role is focused on capacity management and correct utilization of resources based on a patient’s acuity level. Each Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant provider will be trained on HCU core functions. The APP team will be comprised of staff comfortable with ambiguity and change, as they will be expected to flex to the needs of pilot programs launched in the HCU, while actively managing patients and movement through the HCU.Candidates should be proactive and innovative thinkers with the ability to secure stakeholder support and endorsement of Division/Department leadership, possess effective communication skills, and be able to drive successful implementation of pilot testing in this space.During the selection process you may participate in an OnDemand (pre-recorded) interview that you can complete at your convenience.
