Adecco is assisting top bank to fulfill the following role:Job Title: Operations AnalystJob DescriptionThe Transaction Management Operations Analyst will assist with linking new policies to accounts and reconciling transactions occurring within a specific block of business. Individual will be responsible for several departmental reports, quality assurance support, and onsite LOB support. TMO Analyst will also act as liaison between branch offices, external carriers, and internal partners through department inboxes and specific carrier meetings.Requirements / Technical Qualifications:
Intellectually curious
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple job-related duties including day to day tasks and project work in a deadline oriented environment
Acts proactively to identify, control, and mitigate risks
Microsoft Office Suite Proficiency, including strong Excel skills
Ability to work as an individual as well as in a collaborative environment
Desired Skills:
Knowledge of annuities and life insurance products
Ability to think critically while effectively managing and finding resolutions to complex situations independently
Financial experience
