Additionally, we improve operations, product, and material flow across the breadth of the value chain and create greater supply network synergy and value.Roles and ResponsibilitiesThis role utilizes your deep understanding of product development capabilities in process industry especially consumer product goods and life sciences including food and beverage, home care and pharmaceuticals. While below is a sample of the role, each unique project will provide you the opportunity to develop and grow your PLM capabilities.

Conduct discussions with senior leaders from R&D, quality, regulatory and master data stakeholders on functional solution with S4 technology backbone

Lead discussions with business users to understand their needs and requirements, and then translate those requirements into SAP functionality. In addition, collaborate with technical architects to ensure that the SAP solutions are technically feasible and scalable.

Perform high-level functional and technical architecture, analysis, research, and design for PLM solution with S4 Hana as the technology backbone; designing solutions for specific areas, such as supply chain, logistics execution, and warehousing

Deliver complex projects in a fast-paced, team environment

Promote and participate in forums for sharing expertise, strengthening Deloitte's collective knowledge, and helping resolve our clients' challenges

Collaborate on innovative solutions to bolster the future of the practice

Develop your knowledge of and gain project experience in PLM's newest and future solutions

Required Qualifications / Experience

CPG PLM experience such as formulated products with working experience of formula, recipe, product compliance

S4 functional experience in EPD, Product compliance and Product Data mgmt.

Consulting experience managing/executing at least 3 full digital transformation programs with S4 PLM as the technology.

10+ years of PLM experience.

Experience using analytics and metrics to assess Manufacturing Performance and identify and quantify improvement opportunities.

Bachelor's Degree

Ability to travel up to 50%, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Candidates must be at least 18 years of age at the time of employment

Preferred Qualifications / Experience

5+ years of experience conducting the following activities: Business requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, functional process design, system testing (INT,UAT) and solution delivery, customer support, process document creations and review, working with onsite and offshore delivery model.

Experience in CAD integration, SAP MDG and Quality Module

Experience in infrastructure sizing and S/4 infrastructure architecture

Experience in project delivery

Experience in another PLM package such as Windchill, Siemens or Dassault

Master's degree

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $125,000 - $255,000.
