job detailsWe are seeking a polished, reliable, and detail-oriented Receptionist who will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, while also handling essential administrative and office assistant duties. Proven experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or in a similar role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office technology.

Additional Requirements:

Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a welcoming and professional manner.
Answer, screen, and direct phone calls on a multi-line system, taking detailed messages as necessary.
Ensure the reception area is tidy, organized, and presentable at all times.
Administrative Support:
Manage and organize incoming and outgoing mail, including packages and courier services.
Assist in preparing and editing documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
Maintain calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate conference room bookings.
Assist with managing office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
Office Assistance:
Support general office operations, including filing, data entry, and record-keeping.
Coordinate and oversee office maintenance and repair requests.
Assist with onboarding new employees by preparing necessary documentation and resources.
Organize and support in-office events and meetings, ensuring arrangements are handled smoothly.
Communication & Professionalism:
Serve as a liaison between departments, conveying information professionally and accurately.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
Communicate clearly and effectively, both in person and through written correspondence.
