Sales Director, Financial Projects – North Florida (Jacksonville)( this is not a management role )Are you a Finance or Accounting professional who is looking to make a career change? You will then have a team of some of the best recruiters around that will identify, interview, and present candidates for your open positions with your clients. Identify current and future customer needs within organizations and provide creative and innovative workforce solutions.
Research and maintain knowledge of and assist clients to understand market conditions and available Talent in a market.
Analyze and identify opportunities to proactively respond to growing market trends.
Leverage relationships with clients to uncover additional sales opportunities within the account.
Assess and analyze job openings obtained from clients, identify required qualifications and skills, and draft or assist with drafting job postings to maximize recruitment of qualified candidates.
Ongoing assessment of client satisfaction with talent during any potential guarantee periods and, as necessary, identify and address customer service issues.
Maintain existing relationships to uncover new sales opportunities.
What you need to bring:
Finance or Accounting industry experience is a MUST (CPA is a plus)
Strong sales acumen
Experience or knowledge of the sales process & creating winning strategies
Strong interpersonal and communication sales skills
Drive and commitment to identify sales leads and schedule meetings
Detail orientation with follow-through in sales process
Able to communicate with and present at the executive level
Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
Ability to qualify and close deals
Ability to successfully interface with clients (internal and external)
Sales abilities along with market knowledge and/or product/technical expertise
Assertive and ambitious with strong persuasion/negotiation skills
Minimum 2+ years’ experience in B2B sales (preferred)
Previous experience and/or background in Finance or Accounting
Experience working with Executive decision makers (CFO’s, Controllers, VP’s etc….)
Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
Proficiency using Google mail, calendaring and shared drives
