Salesforce Solutions Architect to add to their quickly growing IT organization. This is a full time permanent position. Multiple locations offer a 3/2 hybrid work schedule and other locations offer a fully remote schedule.

Job Description


The Salesforce Solution Architect will oversee the design and development of software applications, data workflow, logical processes, and systems interfaces. The Application Architect will consult with business partners on application requirements, incorporate desired functionalities into application development plans, and supervise application development stages.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate with business partners to determine business-specific application needs and ensure the architecture is aligned with business requirements
• Compile and implement application development plans for new or existing applications
• Demonstrate application models/prototypes and integrate user feedback
• Write scripts and code for applications, as well as install and update applications
• Perform application integration, maintenance, upgrades, and migration
• Design major aspects of the architecture of an application, including components such as user interface, middleware, and infrastructure
• Responsible for conducting applications analysis to identify and resolve operational limitations in application interactions.
• Evaluate potential risks and defects by analyzing specifications
• Ensure that uniform enterprise-wide application design standards are maintained
• Provide recommendations on suitable technical resources and development strategies
• Conduct research and analysis to identify trends in application architecture and apply them in applications development
• Integrate trends in application architecture in application development projects.
• Other related duties as assigned.

• Progressive experience in designing and developing large scale enterprise applications in a technical development lead, solution architecture, application architecture or enterprise architecture role.

EXPERIENCE

Requirements:

• 5+ years of Salesforce implementation, configuration, and customization experience
• 3+ years' experience in Salesforce Solutions Architecture Design/Development Methodologies
• 5+ years as an analyst in a technology environment utilizing software design processes and methodologies.
• 3+ years with system analysis principles, methods, procedures, practices, and tools.

Preferences:

• 3+ years of experience in Salesforce Solutions Architecture Design/Development Methodologies
• 3 years using SQL queries and SQL Reporting Services.
• Solid Salesforce Lightning UI experience in Sales, Service, Experience (Communities), Nonprofit, and Marketing Clouds. Listed in order of expectations.
• Experience leading data migration, data integration and consolidation activities from multiple platforms to/from Salesforce
• Knowledge with integrations, APIs, Apex, DevOps

EDUCATION

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, with a specialization in software engineering, application development, or similar. Equivalent combination of applicable education, training, certification, or experience may be considered in lieu of degree.

Preferences:

• Master's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems

CERTIFICATIONS & LICENSURE

Requirements:

• Salesforce Certifications: Application Architect, Integration Architect

Preferences:

• Certification in Programming Languages (SQL, Java, C#, C, and .NET)
• Salesforce System Architect and Technical Architect Certifications
• React Native
