You'll have the exciting opportunity to support and coordinate relationships with key suppliers and supplier contacts, line of business (LOB) and Supply Chain Management (SCM) stakeholders. You'll be responsible for the implementation of processes, tools, reports & detailed analysis to support initiatives that enhance our organizational capability to execute supplier management activities that minimizes and mitigates risk, optimizes performance, and strengthens supplier relationships.What you'll be doing:Collect, analyze, collate, prioritize, validate and communicate user/business requirements related to tools & technologyTranslate requirements into functional specification in partnership with Technology support team.Helps to develop requirements for end-to-end Supplier Management technology needs in coordination with existing Supply Chain / Procurement systems (Oracle, Sirion, ScanMarket, ServiceNow, etc.)Creates actionable plans based on data analysis.Works with key stakeholders in the LOB, SCM, suppliers, and other business functions within FIS to ensure all projects are delivered on time and in accordance with project management disciplines.Develops and maintains documentation relevant to multiple supplier management work streams.Resolves outstanding issues, complies with supplier requests, and responds to internal and external client inquiries.Supports system development/implementation including testing, integration, and data clean-upServes as liaison to suppliers and internal business partners.Other related duties assigned as needed.What you bring:Exceptional skills related to MS Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint)Knowledge of supply chain or procurement functions and proceduresKnowledge of supplier/vendor relationsKnowledge of project management methods and techniquesExcellent verbal and written communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences of various s levels in the organization, e.g., executive, management, individual contributorsExcellent problem solving, team and time management skills managing multiple deadlines for self and othersProficiency to operate independentlyWhat we offer you:At FIS, you can grow your career as far as you want to take it.
