Follow all safety and cleanliness standards, and adhere to both local laws and company regulations
Holdteam members accountable for properly setting up their assigned areas while ensuring that all locations are ready to receive guests at gates opening
Ensure timely and accurate preparation and service of all items while monitoring alcohol service, following all laws and guidelines for responsible service
Work with the team to maintain standards of order and cleanliness throughout the event and inspect locations throughout the day
Complete all closing tasks and verify the successful completion of team members’ closing duties
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Previous experience with a point-of-sale system
Ability to complete all required training, include ServSafe Alcohol certification
Minimum of 1 year previous supervisory experience in a stadium, hotel, full-service restaurant, catering or similar dining environment
Strong knowledge of food and beverage industry
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and stand and walk for entire length of shift
