Aria Staffing is hiring a reliable and experienced Warehouse Clerk for a morning shift position at a busy logistics and distribution facility on the Northside of Jacksonville. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who is bilingual in English and Spanish, has recent warehouse and forklift experience, and can effectively communicate with truck drivers, dispatchers, and warehouse supervisors.
Responsibilities:
-Perform daily shipping and receiving operations, including checking in freight and verifying documentation
-Communicate clearly with truck drivers and coordinate dock assignments in both English and Spanish
-Prepare and process bills of lading, packing slips, and manifests for inbound and outbound loads
-Track, label, and organize incoming inventory and outgoing shipments using warehouse systems
-Operate a sit-down forklift to load/unload trailers, move pallets, and assist in inventory operations
-Conduct inventory checks and assist with cycle counts and stock rotation
-Maintain proper filing of all shipping documents and ensure compliance with warehouse procedures
-Help maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant warehouse environment
Qualifications:
-Bilingual in English and Spanish (Required)
-Recent warehouse experience (Required)
-Sit-down forklift experience (Required)
-Must have a clean background for the past 7 years
-Experience with shipping documentation and warehouse systems
-Strong verbal and written communication skills
-Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced setting
-Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
