Position opens up late March. Candidate must have experience preferably on vessels (cannot get seasick). Meal preparation, galley sanitation, stocking food stores, and daily vessel operations are expected. Travel and a passport is needed. Our current operations are between North Carolina in the summer and in the Caribbean Islands in winter. Looking for a cook with a good variety of meals to feed 8 to 10 crew/three meals a day- occasionally could have up to 15 people on board, but that is rare. Good positive attitude is a must- we all live and work together. We are open to male or female- however accommodations are often in a bunk rooms- there are no private quarters. Work schedule & time off revolves around our operations. It it is a great job if you like adventure and travel- if you enjoy being home every night this job isn't for you.
