Position requires knife skills, ability to work efficiently, with cleanliness and without constant supervision.
Seeking a creative person with positive energy and a desire to learn. Must feel comfortable working with a small crew in close quarters and be able to carry their own weight. Knowledge of local product and farming seasons a strong plus. Food manager card preferred or required within the first month of hire.
