Job Responsibilities vary by position but generally include:
-Utilizing scheduling software (e.g., HotSchedules) and reservation systems (e.g., Resy, Opentable) to complete daily tasks
Tracking status of inventory and replenishing front of house items such as paper goods, flatware, and other tableware, etc.
-Maintain a clean and organized FOH area, adhering to food handling and safety regulations
-Perform other duties as assigned by management
-Contributing to the organization's culture, values, and ethical standards through teamwork and open communication
-Actively seeking feedback from guests and recognizing the need to respond quickly to guest concerns.
Qualifications:
-Preference will be giving to candidates with full time availability
-Experience is not required. Curiosity and story telling is more important to our team
-Basic computer/iPad knowledge required to run software such as our POS and Resy platforms
-High school diploma required, seeking higher education preferred
-Proactively problem-solving and dealing constructively with failures and mistakes and views failure as an opportunity for -learning and improvement.
-Interest in beer, wine, and our limited cocktail menu required. We will be utilizing beer, wine and low abv spirits for cocktails.
-Leadership experience that molds team dynamics and culture and clearly articulates our fundamental values
-Empathy, honesty, and integrity
-Barista/espresso experience is a plus
-Familiar with industry best practices
