DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Be a brand ambassador and ensure each guest has a memorable experience.
Learn the menu and suggest appetizers, beverages, and meals.
Perform table service functions with a commitment to guest satisfaction.
Communicate orders efficiently with kitchen staff.
Adhere to all food safety regulations.
Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions using a POS system.
Perform opening, closing, and side duties as needed.
Support and assist team members whenever possible.
Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
REQUIREMENTS:
Previous experience in a full-service restaurant preferred.
Desire to provide outstanding hospitality.
Professional, well-groomed, and confident with an outgoing personality.
Clear communication skills and ability to work well with a team.
Positive, upbeat attitude and hardworking.
Must be of legal age to serve alcohol.
Food Handler Certification required within 60 days of hire (a plus if already obtained).
