Responsibilities
-Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast and lunch dishes, maintaining high standards for taste, quality, and presentation.
-Execute different cooking techniques including grilling, frying, baking, and broiling using equipment such as flat tops, ovens, deep fryers, and flame broilers.
-Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
-Assist with ingredient preparation, portioning, and proper food storage.
-Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure efficient operations and timely service.
Qualifications
-Proven experience as a Line Cook or similar role in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
-Strong knowledge of cooking methods, food preparation, and food safety regulations.
-Proficient knife skills and familiarity with commercial kitchen equipment.
-Ability to multitask, work well under pressure, and maintain a positive attitude.
-Flexibility to work Monday through Friday, breakfast and lunch shifts (occasional holiday coverage may be required).
