Minimum Requirements (non-negotiable):
5+ years of dental assisting experience in a private practice setting
Strong ability to explain treatment plans and answer patient questions
Skilled in taking accurate intraoral X-rays
Experience assisting in crown procedures (digital preferred)
Ability to stay focused, organized, and calm in a busy environment
Professional, dependable, punctual, and drama-free

Primary Responsibilities
Assist chairside for all restorative and cosmetic procedures
Take clear, diagnostic intraoral X-rays
Prepare teeth and assist in crown fabrication and delivery
Review treatment plans with patients and help them understand procedures
Maintain sterilization, operatory setup, and daily clinical flow
Support the doctor with efficiency and accuracy
Provide excellent patient communication and comfort
