Responsibilities:
- Welcoming patients to the practice
- Checking-in/checking-out patients
- Entering patient demographic and insurance information into electronic charts
- Insurance verification
- Obtaining authorizations
- Explain charges to patients
- Payment Collection
- Schedule follow-up appointments
- Confirmation and recalls
