The Tambolina Services is searching for a well experienced, skilled and competent Office Assistant/Associate who can conduct the day-to-day activities of the company. The successful applicant must be able to communicate well with our clients as well as our care managers who are our partners. The successful applicant must be able to contact new clients as well as existing clients to find out how satisfied they are with the services provided to them. The office assistant should also ensure that all authorizations referred by care managers are expedited and receive in a timely manner. Successful applicant should be able to recruit successful caregivers whose application is on file or seek out for those who might be interested in caregiver position. The office assistant should take note of every complains or report made by clients, which should be reported to the office manager. All qualified applicants should have a clear and clean background screening conducted by AHCA. All applicants should also have excellent experience in office work and should be able to type and have knowledge of word processing and excel programs. The successful applicant should be willing to learn and take corrective action from the supervisor. The successful applicant should be punctual and be at work on time and leave at the agreed time of departure, which is from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday.
