Our organization is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide quality patient care through the evaluation, assessment, and implementation of physical therapy treatments.
Responsibilities
- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Administer physical therapy treatments to patients with various conditions
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and exercises
- Monitor and document patient progress
-Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
Requirements
-Graduate of an accredited PT program (New Grads Welcome!)
-KY state license.
-Experience working with Geriatrics is preferred but not required.
