Livality Integrated Health is looking for a dynamic Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (APRN) to join our team. We are a NP-owned and operated boutique integrated mental health clinic, located in Middleburg, FL, and operate remotely via telehealth as well. Our ideal candidate is compassionate, attentive, motivated, and hard-working.Benefits Candidate will be 1099/Contractor Status Compensation at: $85 per initial evaluation, $60 per followup visit (99214). Additional $30 for supportive therapy add-ons (90833) Biweekly pay Flexible schedule- choose your own hours; practice prefers at least 8 hours weekly Option of in-person, hybrid or fully remote role Full administrative support and scheduling assistance Individual phone extension, email, and software to communicate with clients and vice versa Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations and assessments of patients, including medical history and current symptoms. Independently identify and diagnose psychiatric disorders based on clinical assessment and standardized diagnostic tools. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and interdisciplinary teams. Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications, monitoring for efficacy and side effects. Provide psychotherapy and counseling, using evidence-based practices tailored to the patient’s needs. Educate patients and families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and coping strategies. Provide immediate support and intervention during psychiatric crises, with referral as appropriate. Work with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure comprehensive treatment. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, documenting assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes. Advocate for patients’ needs within the healthcare system and community resources. Qualifications Must be certified as Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner by ANCC Actively licensed as RN/APRN in the state of FL; GA and other states are a plus. National Psychiatric Certification as APRN Florida prescriptive authority; DEA Preferable to have own collaborating physician; open to discussion if collaborating physician needed.
