The bagging assistant helps bag all the orders that will be delivered/ picked up Monday morning. Yes, it's as simple as that.
We sell prepackaged meals that need to be bagged up so the delivery drivers can just show up Monday morning and grab their specific orders for their route.
The bag team consists of a weekly team of four. We like to have five to six baggers with two that work weekly and a rotation for the other three or four. If you are interested in being one of the weekly baggers and you show good attention to detail, are reliable then this is a possibility. Otherwise a bi-weekly schedule is available or every three weeks can be accommodated also.
We do bag the orders in a large cooled environment. Usually it takes between 4 hrs - 5 hrs(with a break or two) to complete depending on how efficient they operate.
