Jacksonville’s best carpet cleaning company is hiring and we have an immediate opening for a top-notch LEAD carpet cleaner in our award-winning carpet cleaning division! Earn $20 per hour plus commission and bonuses as a carpet cleaning team leader. We offer the best of both worlds – you never have to worry about making less than your base of $20 per hour, but productive lead carpet cleaning technicians still can earn 21% commission on all revenue when commission exceeds base pay.

Some of our handyman team members have done work in the field for years, and some come to us with absolutely no experience, ready to learn the ropes!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide excellent carpet cleaning, tile/grout, etc.
Use hand tools & operate power tools correctly
Have a teachable and trainable mindset
Maintain company vehicle
Follow and uphold company policies and procedures
Work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
Lead the team to efficient productivity
Collect payment for services provided
REQUIREMENTS:
Valid Driver’s license and record of safe driving
Clean background (we perform background checks and drug testing for all employees)
Able to responsibly handle cleaning solutions and chemicals
Able to stand for extended periods of time, push, pull, bend, reach, and make repetitive motions
Able to responsibly utilize ladders with a manufacturer’s rated capacity of 250 lbs.
Able to operate tools and equipment safely and according to manufacturer’s instructions
