Handyman/ Carpenter/ Craftsman has expertise in multiple types of repairs, maintenance and remodeling. You must have basic construction skills, be organized and effectively communicate with others with a positive attitude. We are looking for craftsman to be part of our team.
Job Summary
Responsible for performing house, building, and/or facilities repairs and some construction tasks, which could include, but is not limited to: carpentry work; drywall; painting; flooring, minor electrical and general plumbing repairs; general construction and facility repairs.
Skills and Characteristics
Must have valid Drivers license
Knowledge in operation of different tools
Knowledge in many aspect of building repairs work
Able to work occasional overtime and other shifts
Two(2) years of experience in handyman work or related
Duties and Responsibilities
Carpentry & General Construction: woodwork, framing, drywall, insulation, painting, flooring: laminate and tile installation, install doors and windows, install baseboards, etc.
Minor Electrical Repairs: Install fan, lamps, etc
General plumbing: Toilets, faucets, fix leaks, etc
Facility Repairs: doors, doorknobs, broken tiles,ceiling tiles, etc
Some after hour and weekend work
Need to be available for emergency service calls
Physical/Mental Demands
Ability to reach and lift materials weighing up to 70 Lbs.
Manual dexterity, overall coordination and good balance. Ability to stand, walk and move rapidly for an eight hour work shift. Ability to bend, stoop, twist and turn, climb stairs and on trucks. Ability to perform repetitious arm and wrist movements.
Ability to learn new tasks and procedures.

Salary: $25.00 /hour plus bonuses
