Job Description:
Painting Company is seeking skilled, dependable Experienced Painters to join our growing team. We are hiring two full-time positions:
1. Day Position: Full-time, Monday–Friday. Must have 5+ years of experience and be proficient with spraying.
2. Nights & Weekends Position: Full-time. Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
As a key member of our crew, you will complete interior and exterior painting for residential homes and commercial properties. The ideal candidates will have strong brush and spray skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work confidently on roofs and tall ladders.
Responsibilities:
Apply paint, stain, and coatings to interior and exterior surfaces
Use a variety of paint sprayers and tools
Complete prep work such as sanding, caulking, taping, and priming
Follow all safety procedures, especially when working at heights
Deliver high-quality workmanship with attention to detail
Work efficiently and meet project deadlines
Collaborate well with a team
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of residential/commercial painting experience
Strong spraying skills
Ability to work on roofs and tall ladders
Reliable transportation is a MUST
Extremely dependable and professional
Nights/Weekends position requires passing a background check and drug test
