We are seeking a Farm Caretaker/Handyman, a role that offers a unique opportunity for a retired or semi-retired individual. This is a full-time position taking care of a Recreational Farm.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Mowing & light duty yard work
Keeping buildings clean and tidy
Monitoring AC systems, roofs, plumbing
Mechanical Skills a plus
Operate tractors and other farm equipment
Be able to lift 75 lbs
Be a jack of all trades
Requirements:
Must live near Middleburg, Green Cove, Keystone Heights, or Starke
Familiar with farm equipment
Proven work experience as a Caretaker or similar role
A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Clean background
Authorized to work in the us
Compensation: Negotiable based on the skill set of the applicant
