Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining machinery, equipment, and facilities to ensure optimal functionality.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks including HVAC, electrical, and mechanical repairs
- Troubleshoot issues using precision measuring instruments
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for work orders and inventory control
- Assist in the installation of new equipment
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to analyze problems effectively
- Proficiency in maintaining mechanical systems
- Ability to use precision measuring instruments
