Hiring Full-Time Installation Tech:
We are seeking to hire the right person to fill the position we have for Installation Tech at our North Florida branch operating out of Jacksonville, FL.
This is a full-time position, with some overtime available during high volume periods. We work out of town occasionally, but you will always be home on Weekends. We Are Paid weekly and per-diem is given for overnight stays out of town.

You will be trained up to UL 96A and NFPA780 standards for lightning protection and you will be expected to hold yourself to these standards.
This is commercial Construction.
No experience is necessary and full training is provided.
$16 per hour minimum with no experience.
With a strong work ethic you'll be at $20 in a year.
More skills and experience = Higher starting pay.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Install new rooftop lightning protection systems.
Install, maintain, and repair existing lighting protection systems.
Digging trenches and driving ground rods.
Must be able to lift up to 80 lbs. and be in general good health.
Must be able to work well both alone under instruction, and together as a team.
Working with power tools as well as with hand tools is required (installers supply and maintain their own hand tools).
Candidate must understand the importance of working safely, maintaining a professional attitude, and simply doing a great job to produce a valuable product.

Willingness to learn.
Valid driver license. MVR check will be conducted.
Must pass pre-employment drug screening.
Clean background, we work on government jobsites, and you must be able to gain access to military bases.
Strong work ethic.
Must not be afraid of heights.
Must be able/willing to work outside 90% of the time.
Must be willing to work safely We provide the equipment but you have to use it.
