Currently seeking a Full Time Landscape Department Manager/Supervisor to run a professional landscape install team. This position is for a highly skilled, Highly motivated, professional individual who is willing to go the extra mile for customer satisfaction. Great pay and great work environment. This is a working, install management position.
Requirements:
-Must have Landscaping experience (2 year minimum)
(Plantings, Sod, Lighting, Artificial turf, Fence, hardscapes, irrigation, and machine operation experience is preferred)
-Must have valid ID and be able to drive company truck/trailer safely and responsibly.
-Self motivating, responsible and professional.
-Strong customer service skills (Be able to talk to customers)
-Crew management and Job execution experience (Must be able to manage team of 5 crew, watch labor hours, handle finishing jobs and be punch list ready!)
Position is Salary/Hourly and pay rates $1000 - $1250.00+ weekly or $25.00-$30.00+ per hour. All rates are based off experience and are negotiable. Some opportunity for sales commission is available as well as job bonus's and tip share.
Always paid overtime after 40hrs, pay is weekly EVERY Friday. Schedule is 7am-5pm M-F unless otherwise noted. Possibility of the occasional Saturday.
English/Spanish speaking a plus!
