Looking to hire someone who is able to handle the outdoor heat. Experience preferred but not mandatory. Monday-Friday, with the occasional Saturday due to weather or attendance. Typically, 40–45-hour work week.
A list of requirements that seem simple enough, but some seem to struggle with, and I then have to post a new listing:
1) Start time is 7 AM. When you show up late, people have to wait around and then work late.
2) Must be able to work Monday-Friday. You don't show up, people have to then work Saturday.
3) We are not a day labor company, and we don't pay in cash. Pay day is on Friday.
4) Have your own transportation to and from work.
