Job Description:
We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented cleaners to join our team as independent contactors. As part of All Star Pro Clean, you’ll provide top-quality cleaning services to homes, offices, and short-term rental properties. This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in their work, values flexibility, and enjoys working independently.
What You'll Do:
- Complete residential, Airbnb assignments
- Complete commercial cleaning assignments if you have commercial cleaning experience
- Follow established quality standards and checklists
- Maintain professional communication with clients
- Manage your own schedule and availability
- Provide your own cleaning supplies and transportation
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of previous professional cleaning experience required
- Own reliable transportation and cleaning supplies
- General liability insurance (REQUIRED)
- Excellent attention to detail and reliability
- Ability to work independently
- Legally eligible to work in the U.S.
Compensation:
- Earn 50-60% of each project total (based on experience and performance)
- Example: $140 residential cleaning = $70-84 contractor payment
- Payments processed weekly
- Keep 100% of any tips received
Location: Jacksonville, FL, St Augustine, Saint Johns and surrounding areas
This is an independent contractor position. You will receive a 1099 at year-end. All Star Pro Clean does not provide benefits, workers' compensation, or withhold taxes.
