Job Duties and Responsibilities
Maintenance Technician will be responsible, under the direction of the Manager, for the overall maintenance of the apartment complex and all areas related to the day‐to‐day maintenance operations of the community.
Essential duties include but are not limited to:
Primary Responsibilities
Monitor turns, vacant units and move outs
Maintain exterior appearance of property to present good curb appeal
Completion of work orders
Perform routine preventative maintenance to ensure that building systems and physical condition of asset doesn’t deteriorate
Perform routine trash pick-up daily
Record type and cost of maintenance or repair work needed
Plumbing, carpentry, drywall, insulating.
Basic electrical experience
Diagnose and repair of appliances, etc.
Will participate in on-call rotation
All other duties as assigned
Understanding Hvac as well
Job Requirements
Maintenance Technician must maintain a professional and courteous manner with residents,
visitors, contractors and fellow employees. Maintenance Tech must have the necessary tools to
effectively complete tasks outlined above.
