Position Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Night Shift Machine Operator to join our team. This position involves operating and maintaining machinery in a production environment while ensuring high-quality standards and safety protocols. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work independently.
This position will start with training on the day shift for one month to ensure a smooth transition to the night shift schedule.
Job Responsibilities:
-Operate and monitor machinery in the production line to ensure efficient and safe operation.
-Conduct routine checks on machine performance, making adjustments as needed to maintain productivity.
-Troubleshoot and resolve minor machine malfunctions to minimize downtime.
-Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure product quality and safety standards are met.
-Perform preventive maintenance and basic repairs on machines as needed.
-Document machine operations, maintenance, and any issues for record-keeping and reporting.
Qualifications:
-Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
-Ability to work in varying temperatures and noise levels.
-Manual dexterity to operate machinery and hand tools.
-High school diploma or equivalent.
-Previous RECENT experience in machine operation or manufacturing
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
