Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
Painting Duties:
Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, scraping, and applying primer as needed.
Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment.
Inspect completed work to ensure quality and adherence to specifications.
Maintain and clean painting tools and equipment.
Maintenance Duties:
Perform general maintenance and repair tasks.
Address routine maintenance issues such as fixing leaks, replacing fixtures, or repairing walls.
Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and ensure equipment and facilities are in good working condition.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff or management.
Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a painter or in a similar role.
Basic knowledge of general maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
Familiarity with painting techniques, tools, and materials.
Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
