Bold City Contracting is looking to hire a general handyman that can specialize in move-out maintenance and painting.
We do turn key work on Naval Station Mayport in vacant units and work orders in occupied units.
This is a subcontract job so you must have a vehicle and your own tools to complete each job. All material is supplied from the property management company.
Payment is based on the unit size for vacant units and the job that is completed.
Must have a valid drivers license and a clean background check for the property management company and the requirements to gain access on the base.
