We’re looking for a part-time Retail and Facility Maintenance Technician to help maintain retail stores and other commercial properties in Jacksonville and the surrounding area. This role involves performing general repairs and maintenance tasks to keep our clients’ spaces in top shape.
Responsibilities:
Handle basic maintenance and repairs, including electrical, plumbing, and light HVAC work.
Install and repair fixtures like doors, locks, shelving, and signage.
Complete small projects quickly and efficiently.
Keep records of work done and communicate updates to clients.
Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience in facility maintenance, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.
Ability to work independently and solve problems on the spot.
Valid Florida driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Willingness to travel locally within Jacksonville and the surrounding area
Must be reliable and able to work flexible hours, including some weekends.
