Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Press Brake Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating press brake machines to bend and shape metal sheets according to specifications.
Responsibilities:
-Set up and operate press brake machines to bend, form, and shape metal sheets and plates.
-Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and job orders to determine machine settings and setup
requirements.
-Select appropriate tooling and dies based on material type, thickness, and bend requirements.
-Program and adjust machine settings such as backstops, speed, and pressure to ensure accurate and consistent bends.
Requirements:
-Proven experience as a Press Brake Machine Operator or similar role in metal fabrication or manufacturing.
-Proficiency in setting up and operating press brake machines (e.g., Amada, Trumpf) to bend various metals (e.g., steel,
aluminum, stainless steel).
