Job Overview:
The Pressure Washer Technician will be responsible for cleaning residential and commercial properties using pressure washing equipment. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, self-motivated, and have experience or a willingness to learn proper pressure washing and soft washing techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate pressure washing equipment to clean driveways, sidewalks, decks, roofs, and building exteriors.
Use soft washing techniques when appropriate to clean delicate surfaces such as roofs, siding, and windows.
Perform routine maintenance on pressure washing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Inspect surfaces before and after cleaning to ensure the job meets company standards.
Communicate with clients professionally to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service.
Safely operate and maintain company vehicles and equipment.
Adhere to safety protocols, including the use of proper personal protective equipment (PPE).
Assist with other exterior cleaning services such as window cleaning and gutter cleaning, as needed.
Requirements:
Previous experience in pressure washing, exterior cleaning, or a similar role preferred but not required (training provided).
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
Physical ability to lift heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
