Responsibilities (not limited to):
-Conduct walkthroughs of vacant properties to assess needed repairs.
-Schedule and perform inspections of both interior and exterior maintenance for occupied properties.
-Post and deliver notices as required.
Favorable Skills:
-Bilingual, with proficiency in Spanish.
Requirements:
-Must have a reliable vehicle for transportation and good driving history.
-Must pass a background screening.
