We are actively seeking experienced Property Preservation Contractors to join our team and assist with maintaining and restoring residential properties. If you're dedicated, reliable, and skilled in property maintenance, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Perform property inspections to assess damage or needed repairs
Conduct cleaning, debris removal, and lawn maintenance
Handle minor repairs and property restoration tasks
Secure vacant properties (boarding up windows, changing locks, etc.)
Ensure properties meet safety and code standards
Provide documentation and before/after photos of completed work
Work within timelines and budgets
Qualifications:
Previous experience in property preservation or related field
Knowledge of local codes and regulations
Ability to perform general property repairs (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc.)
Own tools, equipment, and reliable transportation
Strong attention to detail and excellent work ethic
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions
