Looking for an experienced maintenance/handy man to do turn work.
You will be added to payroll, you will clock in and out on your phone. Pay is weekly and it will be Direct deposit.
I give 3 paid holidays a year.
3 paid days off.
Small bonus at the end of the year depending on the time you been with me.
You must have your own/reliable transportation.
You must know how to repair/replace the following items listed and more.
Replace toilet guts.
Resetting or replacing toilets.
Replace faucets.
Replace dishwashers.
Replace sinks.
Replacing sink stoppers.
Replacing tub drains.
Replacing shut off valves.
Replacing shower valves.
Replace full shower valve assembly.
scraping and caulking in kitchen/bathrooms.
Replace bathroom Exhaust fans.
Replacing door hardware, handles, hinges, stopper.
Replacing electrical outlet/switches.
Replacing ceiling fans/light fixtures.
Repairing/replacing sliding glass door hardware, handles, locks, wheels and screens.
Repair and or replace fencing/gates.
Remove/install blinds.
Remove and reinstall closet shelving.
Re-screen windows.
Replacing garage door opener.
Install doors and framing .
Repairing doors.
Replace different types of siding.
Cut and replace siding on exterior of homes.
Add flashing for siding.
Cabinet install.
ETC
Pay is $25. An hour to start.
