We are looking for sub contractors to complete residential single family home and apartment renovation work in the Tampa area.
We have received an increased workload and are in need of additional contractors to complete and turn over jobs in a timely and professional manner.
These jobs include many different stages of renovations, including but not limited to: framing, drywall, painting, plumbing, electrical, light fixtures, light carpentry, door/bath hardware, landscaping etc. Jobs will be paid on a per house basis and the contractor is REQUIRED to carry general liability insurance AND workers compensation/exemption. We have a surplus of work to be filled and are in search of qualified contractors to start as soon as possible.
