Job Description:
We are seeking dependable Unit Turn Cleaners to join our team. This role involves preparing rental units, apartments, or homes for new tenants by ensuring they are cleaned thoroughly, presentable, and move-in ready.
Responsibilities:
Perform deep cleaning of kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and bedrooms.
Clean appliances (refrigerators, ovens, microwaves, dishwashers).
Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.
Wipe down walls, doors, cabinets, and baseboards.
Remove trash and replace liners.
Clean windows, blinds, and light fixtures.
Report any damages or maintenance issues.
Ensure all units meet move-in ready standards.
Requirements:
At least 18 years of age.
Previous cleaning experience preferred (unit turn or janitorial).
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical cleaning tasks.
Must provide basic cleaning supplies (mop, broom, vacuum, cleaning chemicals, etc.) or use
company-provided equipment if available.
Reliable transportation to multiple job sites.
Strong attention to detail and efficiency.
Professional and dependable work ethic.
Preferred :
Experience in apartment turns or property management cleaning.
Knowledge of deep cleaning techniques.
Benefits:
Each Job Payout depends on the size of unit / Property $150-$350 per job completed weekly pay
