We are looking for a Maintenance Technician (with a valid CPO certification/HVAC Certification preferred) to maintain an Apartment Community.
Daily Task Expectations:
· Unit Make-Ready/Turnovers
· Maintaining property grounds
· Plumbing
· Electrical
· Carpentry
· Drywall repair
· Painting
· Appliance repair
· Pool maintenance
· Preventative building maintenance
Job Requirements:
· At least 1 year of onsite work experience in residential maintenance
· General knowledge of all aspects of residential maintenance, ability to troubleshoot resident work orders
· HVAC/ EPA/ CPO Certification not required but a HUGE plus
· Must have your own set of personal hand tools & power drill
· Reliable transportation for Monday-Friday work schedule
