Hybrid work from home/ in office position for office assistant in a small law firm. Duties include handle incoming calls, scheduling appointments and general office duties. (First 2 weeks will be in office.)
Qualifications:
Must have general computer knowledge and be proficient in Word and Excel.
Must be comfortable on the phone and have outgoing "I can help you" attitude.
Must be able to pass a background check
Proper English required. Spanish would be great.
Hours are M-F 4 hours a day, but flexible between 9 and 4pm.
