Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of various signage projects. You will work closely with management to ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and in accordance with quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in project management principles and relevant software tools.
Responsibilities
Assist in the development and management of project schedules using project management software.
Collaborate with project teams to build effective project plans and timelines.
Monitor project progress and provide updates to senior management.
Utilize our project management software for documentation and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Conduct blueprint reading to ensure compliance with design specifications.
Support the preparation of bids and proposals
Coordinate with various stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, and clients, to facilitate smooth project execution.
Maintain organized project files and documentation for easy access and reference.
Implement time management strategies to optimize productivity across all phases of the project.
Skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Understanding of project scheduling techniques.
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
Experience with Project Management methodologies is a plus.
